After 60+ Sundays being apart from each other, Epworth is excited to announce that in-person worship will resume on Sunday, June 6. We will have 2 in-person services (9:00 and 11:00 a.m.) in addition to our regular 10:00 a.m. online service.
Safety is Our Priority
Since safety is our number one priority, Worship will be looking a bit different than the last time that we were together. In accordance with CDC guidelines, we will be limiting physical contact during worship. This means there will be no singing and no paper bulletins. Instead, our order of worship will be displayed on a screen during worship. Offering will be collected at the entry into the worship space and we will have a socially distanced passing of the peace.
Additionally, we have installed air purifiers in all HVAC systems within the church and replaced the Narthex’s flooring with a new LVT material that is easier to clean.
What do you need to do?
In order to save your seat at our 9:00 or 11:00 a.m. services, RSVP by calling Dona at the church office or emailing one of the pastors. We ask all to sign the Re-opening Covenant, found below, which directs all to wear a mask and practice social distancing while on church grounds.
We will continue to re-evaluate protocols as the CDC guidelines continue to change. If you are not comfortable coming to the in-person services at 9:00 or 11:00 a.m., join us online at 10:00 a.m. on Epworth’s YouTube channel.
