The second annual Epworth spring yard sale was held April 23rd.
The weather was great, the turn out large and a good time was had by all. A big thank you to all of the church members who helped by donating, selling, baking, cooking and those who helped set up and tear down. A highlight came at 12:30 PM when 17 folks from Henderson Towers arrived via vans from Yates Baptist. They really enjoyed their shopping experience and came away with lots of bargains. Again this year, the Epworth yard sale was part of project Inasmuch. We raised over $1900. Items which were not sold were donated to Durham Rescue mission, providing opportunists to others.
